FAQ

1

How do I

place an order?

1st Peptides do not sell products, we provide information and link you through to trusted sellers offering a good quality service at a competitive price. Simply find whichever product you need from our extensive range, click to buy and you will be taken straight to the sellers site. No fuss, no hassle.

2

Payment

& Shipping

The sellers site will tell you how much to pack and ship the product to your area - they can normally ship worldwide. If an item is out of stock this will generally be due to popularity, for example, following coverage in the mainstream media, which causes a globally supply problem so if we don't have them, other sites probably wont either. Simply contact us and we will add you to the waiting list. Some products will be FREE shipping, please note however that we cannot comment and whether in your own specific country you will be charged customs charges.

3

Secure Ordering

& Payment Options

All of our suppliers use the latest levels of website encryption, data and payment security so you can shop safely without concerns about your information. We also never share your information with any further companies than necessary to process the order and payment.

4

Returns

& Refunds

In the unlikely event of a problem or non delivery the suppliers website will outline the procedure to be followed. Your statutory rights will of course be respected.

5

Are Peptides & Bioregulators Safe?

Most of the products and services we discuss at 1stPeptides will be leading edge innovators which haven't yet had the scale to seek full approval from bodies like the FDA, MHRA or EMA so it's impossible to say how safe they are - hence why we created this forum to share feedback so potential users can make better self-informed decisions. Just because the products haven't had approval yet doesn't of course mean they are unsafe, as most wont have applied for verification due to the effort, timescales and massive costs which increase prices for consumers. If we hear any adverse feedback, we will of course publish it and in extreme cases, product links will be removed from the website.

6

Where are Products Manufactured?

You can find detailed information about the products and how and where they are manufactured from the sites we link you across to. We endeavour to only list sellers who manufacture in the highest quality pharmaceutical or foodstuff grade factories which in practice means they will tend to be regulated to ISO, and cGMP standards. Where possible manufacturers are encouraged to make minimal use of bulking agents or fillers, remove possible allergens and of course avoid testing on animals where possible.
